In an approach to classical design style, the orientation and design approach of the villa was focused on simplifying the design elements to create a simple yet elegant and everlasting almost neo-classical design elements that merge to abide to the Classical doctrine. The main constrain was being able to balance the elements and their proportions within the limits created by the site typography and parcel size while creating interior spaces that can fulfill the user experience and requirements while framing the western open view of the site.
