The challenge in this design was creating a villa-like residence in terms of plan and form that houses 3 different residences each with a separate entrance. The building is composed of 4 floor, one communal floor, and 3 separate condos. The playful articulation of the form reflected in plans created 3 unique condos each abiding to its' users' needs. The orientation of the building was directed towards the main views using large glass facades and terraces that create an openness towards the exterior while provide privacy and climate control using cantilevered ceilings and aluminum strips that also function as part of the design.
