The design focuses on integrating with its surroundings in terms of Space, Massing, and Material. It abides to the sites’ typography to form through a series of planes and lines that intersect with the mountain creating internal spaces that are interconnected with its surrounding environment. That In-Out relationship is strengthened by the open plan, internal garden, and wide openings making the design an extension of its surrounding.
يرتكز التصميم بشكل أساسي على تفاعل البناء مع محيطه الخارجي، وانعكس ذلك في توزيع الحيز الفراغي والتكتيل ومواد البناء المستخدمة. إن تداخل الخطوط والأسطح المعمارية مع طبيعة الأرض الجبلية في التصميم ساهم بشكل أساسي في خلق فراغات داخلية ذات علاقة مباشرة مع المحيط الخارجي، مما عزز التواصل البصري بين الداخل والخارج؛ فنتج عن ذلك مساحات وحدائق داخلية مفتوحة وفتحات كبيرة تعكس جمالية المشهد الفلسطيني المحيط بالبناء
