Located in Jericho and on a very important site overlooking one of the most active and important water valleys in Jericho (Wadi Al-Qalt). The resort was composed of several elements strategically placed over an area of 14,000m2. It houses personal villas, rentable villas, rentable cottages, semi-attached rentable units, an underground spa overlooking the valley, and a hotel with several open and public spaces and a ceremonial exterior space. In terms of materials, the selection was based on using the local "Tobzeh" stone combined with light plastering materials to add to the experience in terms of thermal comfort and spaciousness. In terms of massing and design elements, the approach was focused on abiding to the sites' contour overlooking the Valley to provide all the elements with a beautiful open view towards the valley. The massing and design elements also focused on creating corridors of wind that relieve the high temperature impact of the site while also shading the open spaces without covering the pool area's that require direct sunrays.
