A semi-attached villa composed of two units. A very minimal design approach composed of simple massing, open-plan concept, and simple light materials that helped give the cottage-like villas a feeling of spaciousness in reference to the site area. The spatial design layout was highly challenging to provide spaces that functionally use every square meter of the site area while offering an interesting spatial experience. Another important aspect was the use of design elements, massing, and spatial layout to adhere to the surrounding environment, shielding required spaces and exposing others.
