The design focuses on making use of the small parcel size to provide the user with the functions required while providing ample green space and gardens around and within the villa. The villa's spatial configuration revolves around a central double volume that intersects with a central green void penetrating through the villa. This central glass void provides the villa with a small interior garden whilst providing the entire villa with central natural lighting. That, combined with the massing of the villa, the wide glass facades overlooking the western view, and the open plan provides a very light and vibrant interior space.
Moreover, the massing of the villa makes use of the contour difference in the site and its orientation with the west, Simple masses of white local stone layered upon each other to provide different terracing with providing the villa of the privacy needed without blocking the magnificent western view.
