Borrowing from the simplicity of the site and its Desert-like Nature; the design focuses on simple form with light materials that cope with, yet contrast, their surroundings.
The Villa is composed of two main entrances; one directly connected to the pool area through an alley-like space to provide privacy and provide an experience of transitioning from a narrow into a wide space, and one through the garage for extra privacy and a momentary exclusion from the pool area - best suited for guests.
With a focus on the In-Out relationship and taking in consideration the location's hot climate, the design is composed of mainly glass facades and balconies overviewing the pool area with mainly solid exposed elevations with small windows and cantilevered terraces over the glass facades to help maintain a thermal comfort level for the residence.
