تمركز نهج التصميم على التكتيل البسيط والاستخدام الحديث للمواد الحجرية المحلية لتقوية اتصال وتكامل عناصر البناء مع محيطه العام. الاستخدام للفتحات الزجاجية الكبيرة المطلة على منطقة مسبح ذات اطلالة شمالية رائعة مع استخدام الفناء المركزي والتلاعب البسيط بالحديقة يساعد الضوء الطبيعي على تغلل الفراغ بعمق مما يخلق ملاذًا مريحًا للمستخدم.

The design approach focused on simple massing and the modern use of local stone materials to emphasis and amplify its´ connection and integration to its surrounding. Large glass openings overlooking the pool area that overlook and frame a wonderful view towards the north, combined with a central courtyard splitting the villa and its simple surrounding landscape, helps natural light permeate deep into the structure creating a soothing retreat for the user.
