Due to the clients request for an environment friendly and low impact yet elegant villa , we took it upon ourselves to provide a simple yet elegant design that adheres to his taste. Since the Duplex villas are located in a hot arid climate, the design focused on reducing the effect of the environment to maintain a thermal comfort level for the residence.
The design is composed of white and light materials to counter the blazing sun, minimal openings surrounding the villas, extra shading and cantilever elements above the glass facades, and a care to create glass facades to provide views of the pool area only.
The different use of local material like the white stone in a very modern and different approach helped create an extraordinary experience and space.
